Bianca A. Garcia
Bianca dedicates herself to zealously advocating for her clients to achieve the best possible outcome. Her commitment to an open line of communication to ensure the comfort of her clients and their understanding of the legal process sets her apart from other attorneys. Her conviction, empathy, legal research, and writing skills combined make her a strong advocate on behalf of her clients, both in and outside the courtroom.
Bianca, a San Jose native, obtained both her B.S. and Juris Doctor degrees from Santa Clara University. Throughout her legal career, Bianca has come to represent a diverse client base, from individuals and small business owners to municipalities and large corporations in both superior and federal courts throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Prior to joining BZB, she served as in-house counsel for a prominent real estate developer and as an associate focused on municipality defense at two Bay Area law firms. Bianca has conducted two bench trials and second chaired a federal jury trial to verdict. She has successfully handled trials, depositions, mediations, hearings, and is no stranger to high-exposure matters, fierce negotiations, and dynamic landscapes. At BZB, she specializes in all areas of family law, including dissolution, child custody and visitation, complex high-asset matters, post-judgment issues, and domestic violence.
